Description

The AC Infinity CLOUDLAB 733 is a 3x3 sealed cultivation enclosure engineered for craft operators who require repeatable atmospheric control within a compact, fixed footprint — replacing improvised containment setups and undersized tents that compromise environmental integrity.

  • Outcome: Sealed, stable microclimate with measurable atmospheric consistency across a 35.43" x 35.43" x 70.86" interior volume
  • Replaces: Thin-walled enclosures, unbraced frames, and uncontrolled ambient grow spaces that introduce light contamination and climate drift
  • Environment: Basement, utility room, dedicated cultivation suite, or any fixed indoor space requiring full environmental isolation

FACTORY-AUTHORIZED DEALER — CANNAFULL SPECTRUM SOLUTIONS

Deployed in licensed commercial facilities across the United States.

Quick Spec: 35.43" x 35.43" x 70.86" | 2000D Oxford Canvas | 22mm Steel Frame | 300 lb Frame Capacity | 9 Duct Ports | SKU: AC-CBA733

Precision Control in Any Space

Every uncontrolled variable inside a cultivation enclosure is a yield event waiting to fail. Light leaks during dark cycles disrupt photoperiod integrity. Thin canvas walls flex under negative pressure, breaking the atmospheric seal and allowing humidity and temperature to drift. Undersized poles deflect under equipment load, shifting fixture positioning and destroying canopy uniformity. Flimsy zippers fail mid-cycle. Duct ports without proper cinching bleed conditioned air and introduce ambient contamination. These are not edge cases — they are the predictable failure modes of enclosures built to a price point rather than a performance standard, and every one of them silently erodes the consistency that separates a repeatable operation from a variable one.

After deploying the CLOUDLAB 733, the enclosure becomes a controlled variable rather than a liability. The interior holds a stable microclimate — humidity, temperature, and CO2 behave predictably because the envelope is sealed. Controllers mount to a dedicated steel plate with a lightproof cable passthrough, eliminating improvised cord routing that punches holes in the light barrier. Ductwork connects through cinched ports that maintain seal integrity under active negative pressure. The operator interacts with the environment on a scheduled basis through a full-height observation window rather than breaking the seal for every inspection. The enclosure stops fighting the operator and starts executing the program.

The mechanism behind that stability is structural and material. The outer shell is 2000D Oxford canvas — a density rating that resists puncture, abrasion, and pressure deformation under continuous operation. The interior is lined with reengineered diamond-pattern Mylar, lab-tested using an Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer for maximum light reflectivity, ensuring photons emitted by the fixture are redirected to the canopy rather than absorbed by the wall. The frame is constructed from 22mm steel tubes with reinforced corner connectors, rated to 250 lbs on the beam and 300 lbs on the full frame — sufficient to support commercial-grade fixtures, inline fans, carbon filters, and supplemental equipment simultaneously. Nine duct openings — four 4-inch, two 6-inch, and three 8-inch — provide full HVAC integration flexibility, and the SBS zipper system with front flap overlap delivers a light-proof seal at the access point. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 733 delivers a fully sealed, reflective cultivation volume of 90.0 x 90.0 x 180.0 cm within a 35.43" x 35.43" x 70.86" footprint, supported by a 300 lb-rated steel frame with nine configurable duct ports.

Where This Belongs (and Doesn't)

Electrical and HVAC integration must comply with applicable local codes. Duct port sizing and fan selection should be calculated against the enclosure volume (90.0 x 90.0 x 180.0 cm) and target air exchange rate. Circuit load planning for lighting, climate, and control equipment is the operator's responsibility. Consult a licensed electrician for dedicated circuit installation.

Optimal Deployment Contexts

  • Dedicated cultivation suites requiring full environmental isolation
  • Basement or utility room installations with active HVAC integration
  • Vegetative and flowering cycles requiring strict photoperiod control
  • Multi-stage operations where a 3x3 footprint serves a defined production slot
  • Facilities running automated environmental controllers requiring a dedicated mounting surface

Not Suited For

  • Outdoor or semi-outdoor installations where UV degradation and moisture ingress are uncontrolled
  • Operations requiring more than 3 plants at 5-gallon container capacity within this footprint
  • Facilities where frame load exceeds 300 lbs total or 250 lbs on a single beam
  • Environments without active climate management — this enclosure seals the space; it does not condition it independently

How It Works

The CLOUDLAB 733 operates as a sealed atmospheric enclosure — every material and structural decision is made in service of maintaining a stable, controllable interior environment. The outer shell is constructed from 2000D Oxford canvas, a weave density that resists deformation under continuous negative pressure and prevents light transmission through the wall substrate. The 500G light-proof layer integrated into the canvas construction eliminates photoperiod contamination at the wall level, and front zipper flaps add a secondary overlap barrier at the highest-risk light-leak point in any tent design.

Interior reflectivity is engineered rather than assumed. The diamond-pattern Mylar lining has been lab-tested with an Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer — a calibrated optical measurement instrument — to verify maximum light reflectivity performance. This means photons from the mounted fixture are redirected toward the canopy rather than absorbed by the enclosure walls, improving effective light utilization without increasing electrical draw.

The structural system is built around 22mm steel tubes — the thickest poles in the CLOUDLAB line — with reinforced corner connectors that resist racking under asymmetric load. The frame supports 300 lbs total and 250 lbs on a single beam, accommodating commercial-grade LED fixtures, inline fans, carbon filters, and supplemental equipment without deflection. Two primary hanging bars plus two additional bars provide four mounting positions for equipment distribution across the canopy plane.

Climate integration is handled through nine duct openings: four 4-inch ports, two 6-inch ports, and three 8-inch ports, each with double-cinching collars on both sides of the tent wall to maintain seal integrity under active airflow. The rear intake measures 5.90" x 13.77" (15.0 x 35.0 cm) and the side intake matches at 5.90" x 13.77" (15.0 x 35.0 cm), providing passive intake pathways sized for high-volume air exchange. The integrated controller mounting plate — a steel plate with a lightproof cable passthrough — provides a dedicated surface for fan speed controllers, lighting timers, and environmental monitors, eliminating improvised cord routing that compromises the light seal. SBS-grade zippers with front flap overlap complete the access system, delivering smooth operation and a light-proof closure at the primary entry point. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 733 delivers a fully sealed cultivation volume of 90.0 x 90.0 x 180.0 cm with a 300 lb-rated steel frame, nine configurable duct ports, and a dedicated controller mounting system within a 35.43" x 35.43" x 70.86" footprint.

The observation window measures 13.77" x 39.37" (35.0 x 100.0 cm) — a full-height panel that allows complete canopy inspection without breaking the atmospheric seal or interrupting the photoperiod. The heavy-duty catch tray with reflective waterproof lining contains runoff at the floor level, protecting the installation surface and maintaining a clean operational environment.

Operator Field Notes

  • Frame Assembly Sequence: The pole system uses A poles (x8), B poles (x4), C poles (x4), and D1 connectors (x8) with E bars (x2) and F bars (x2) — follow the documented assembly sequence from the manual to ensure corner connector seating under load; improperly seated D1 connectors are the primary cause of frame racking in field installations
  • Controller Plate Positioning: The steel controller mounting plate ships with adhesive pads (x6), wall screws (x4), and controller screws (x4) — use the screw-mount method for permanent installations; adhesive mounting is appropriate for temporary or reconfigurable setups only
  • Duct Port Cinching: Each duct port uses a double-cinch collar; cinch the interior collar first under negative pressure to confirm seal, then secure the exterior collar — reversing this sequence reduces seal effectiveness at the wall penetration point
  • Zipper Maintenance: SBS zippers perform at rated specification without lubrication under normal operating conditions; if resistance develops, apply a dry zipper lubricant to the track — do not use petroleum-based products, which degrade the zipper tape and canvas interface over time
  • Observation Window Protocol: The 13.77" x 39.37" window is adjustable and maintains climate control when closed; schedule canopy inspections through the window during the active photoperiod to avoid unnecessary seal breaks and photoperiod interruption
  • Catch Tray Management: The reflective waterproof spill tray is rated for the 35.43" x 35.43" floor footprint; establish a drain interval based on irrigation volume per cycle to prevent tray overflow, which is the most common cause of floor damage in sealed enclosure deployments

Operator FAQ

Q: What is the actual interior volume of the CLOUDLAB 733, and how does the 70.86" height affect fixture selection?

A: The CLOUDLAB 733 interior measures 35.43" x 35.43" x 70.86" (90.0 x 90.0 x 180.0 cm), yielding approximately 51.3 cubic feet of usable cultivation volume. The 70.86" ceiling height accommodates most commercial 3x3-footprint LED fixtures with standard hanging hardware, but operators should verify minimum hanging height requirements for their specific fixture — particularly high-output LEDs that require 18-24 inches of clearance above the canopy. Subtract estimated canopy height and minimum fixture clearance from 70.86" to confirm usable grow height before fixture selection.

Q: Can the CLOUDLAB 733 support a full inline fan, carbon filter, and LED fixture simultaneously on the frame?

A: Yes, within the rated load limits. The frame supports 300 lbs total and 250 lbs on a single beam. A typical 3x3 commercial LED fixture (10-30 lbs), inline fan (5-15 lbs), and carbon filter (10-20 lbs) combination falls well within these limits. Operators running heavier equipment configurations should calculate total suspended load before installation and distribute weight across multiple hanging bars using the four available bar positions (2 primary + 2 additional). Do not exceed 250 lbs on any single beam.

Q: How many duct ports are available, and what sizes are supported?

A: The CLOUDLAB 733 includes nine duct openings: four 4-inch ports, two 6-inch ports, and three 8-inch ports. All ports use double-cinching collars on both sides of the tent wall to maintain atmospheric seal integrity under active negative pressure. Additional cinched duct ports are also available for supplemental equipment such as humidifiers, heaters, and portable A/C units. This port configuration supports a full inline exhaust and passive intake setup while leaving ports available for supplemental climate equipment without requiring field modifications.

Q: What does the 2000D canvas rating mean in operational terms, and how does it compare to standard grow tent materials?

A: The "D" designation refers to Denier, a unit measuring the linear mass density of the fabric fiber — higher Denier values indicate a denser, heavier weave with greater resistance to puncture, abrasion, and pressure deformation. At 2000D, the CLOUDLAB 733 canvas is significantly denser than the 600D-900D materials common in entry-level enclosures. In operational terms, this translates to greater resistance to wall deformation under sustained negative pressure, reduced risk of pinhole light leaks developing over time, and a longer service life under continuous-use conditions. The 500G light-proof layer is a separate integrated component that provides the photoperiod barrier independent of the canvas weave density.

Q: What is the warranty on the CLOUDLAB 733?

A: Warranty terms for the CLOUDLAB 733 are not specified in current source documentation available to Cannafull Spectrum Solutions. As a factory-authorized AC Infinity dealer, we recommend contacting AC Infinity directly or reaching out to our support team at cannafullspec.com before completing your purchase to confirm active warranty coverage and terms applicable to your order. Do not assume warranty coverage based on terms listed for other AC Infinity products.

Q: Is the controller mounting plate compatible with third-party environmental controllers, or only AC Infinity controllers?

A: The controller mounting plate is a steel plate designed for mounting fan and lighting controllers — it is a physical mounting surface, not an electronic interface. It is compatible with any controller that can be secured via the included screws (x4) or adhesive pads (x6). The lightproof cable passthrough allows power and signal cables from any manufacturer's controller to exit the enclosure without creating a light leak. Operators running third-party environmental controllers, CO2 monitors, or multi-channel sensor systems can use this plate as the central mounting point for their control stack regardless of brand.
