As we work with various suppliers and often ship directly from manufacturers (dropshipping), specific shipping methods, carriers, and timelines may vary depending on the product(s) ordered and the warehouse location they ship from.

Order Confirmation

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Please review it carefully and contact us immediately if there are any errors.

Order Processing & Lead Times
  • Processing: We submit your order to our suppliers for processing promptly after confirmation. Most suppliers process and prepare orders for shipment within 24-48 business hours (Monday-Friday), though this can vary. Some items, particularly those built-to-order, may have longer lead times.
  • Lead Times: Estimated lead times before shipping may be indicated on individual product pages.
  • Cut-Off Times: Some suppliers may have order cut-off times (e.g., 11:00 AM PST). Orders placed after the cut-off time will typically be processed the next business day.
Shipping Methods & Carriers
  • Our suppliers utilize various major carriers to ship your orders, including UPS, FedEx, USPS, and specialized Freight/LTL carriers for larger items.
  • The specific carrier and shipping method are determined by the supplier based on the product, size, weight, and destination. We do not have direct control over the specific method chosen by the supplier for standard shipments.
  • Smaller items may ship via standard ground services, while larger, heavier items will ship via Freight/LTL.
Estimated Transit Times (After Shipping)
  • Once your order ships, standard ground delivery within the contiguous US typically takes 2-7 business days.
  • Freight/LTL shipments usually take 3-7 business days for delivery after shipping.
  • These are estimates; actual delivery times depend on the carrier, shipping origin, destination, and potential unforeseen delays.
Expedited Shipping
  • Standard shipping options and costs are presented at checkout.
  • If you require faster shipping, please call us BEFORE placing your order. We can check with the supplier about expedited options (like Second Day or Next Day Air) and provide you with a quote for the additional cost, if available. Availability of expedited shipping depends entirely on the supplier.
Shipping Costs
  • Shipping costs are calculated based on package weight, dimensions, destination, and the shipping method used by the supplier.
  • Shipping charges will typically be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free Shipping: Many products may qualify for free shipping within the lower 48 US states. Eligibility varies by product and supplier; check the product page or checkout for details. Some suppliers may offer free Freight/LTL shipping for orders exceeding a certain value (e.g., $2,000 or $3,500), subject to their specific policies and potential restrictions.
  • Additional Charges: In rare cases (e.g., remote locations, special handling), additional shipping charges may apply. If this occurs, we will contact you before processing the shipment to get your approval or provide options to modify/cancel the order.
Freight / LTL Shipments (Large & Heavy Items)
  • Items that are too large or heavy for standard carriers will ship via Freight/LTL carrier.
  • Curbside Delivery: Freight deliveries are typically "curbside," meaning the driver will deliver the item to the curb at the end of your driveway. You will be responsible for moving the item from the curb to your property.
  • Delivery Appointment: Freight carriers will typically call you to schedule a delivery appointment when the shipment arrives at the local terminal.
  • Inspection Required: It is crucial to inspect freight shipments thoroughly for any damage before signing the delivery receipt.
Damaged Shipments
  • Inspect Upon Arrival: Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery, before signing any delivery confirmation documents.
  • Note Damage: If you notice any damage to the packaging or suspect damage to the contents, you MUST note this specifically on the delivery receipt provided by the carrier (e.g., "Package damaged," "Subject to inspection"). If possible, take photos of the damage.
  • Contact Us Immediately: Report any shipping damage to us at Cannafull Spectrum Solutions right away (within 24-48 hours maximum). Keep all original packaging materials. Failure to note damage on the delivery receipt or report it promptly may affect our ability to file a claim with the carrier.
Refused Shipments
  • If you refuse a shipment upon delivery for reasons other than damage that occurred during transit or an error made by Cannafull Spectrum Solutions or the supplier, you will be responsible for: The full outbound and return freight/shipping charges.  A restocking fee (often a minimum of 20%, depending on the supplier's policy).
  • These charges will be deducted from your refund.
Shipping Address
  • Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate when placing your order.
  • Address Changes: Requesting an address change after an order has shipped is often not possible. If a carrier allows an address change mid-transit (which is not guaranteed), additional fees imposed by the carrier will be your responsibility. We strongly recommend double-checking your address before submitting your order.
  • PO Boxes: Shipping to PO Boxes may be possible in some cases, but we highly recommend providing a physical street address to avoid potential delivery issues, especially for larger items or specific carriers.
Signature Requirements
  • For security and to ensure safe delivery, some shipments (especially high-value items) may require a signature upon delivery at the discretion of the supplier or carrier.
Order Tracking
  • Once your order ships, we will email you the tracking information as soon as it becomes available from our supplier.
  • Please allow up to a week for tracking information to be provided, though it often arrives sooner.
  • If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of your order confirmation (and outside of any stated lead times), please contact us for assistance.
Geographic Limitations
  • We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous 48 United States.
  • Shipping to Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI) may be possible for some products, potentially incurring additional costs. Please check availability and costs at checkout or contact us.
  • We do NOT ship internationally at this time.
Cancellations After Shipment
  • If you request to cancel an order after it has already shipped or been prepared for shipment by the supplier, it will be treated as a return. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and any applicable restocking fees as per our Return Policy and the supplier's terms.
Discreet Packaging
  • Our suppliers often use discreet packaging for shipments to protect your privacy.
