Description
Description
The AC Infinity Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x4) is a fully integrated atmospheric control ecosystem engineered for craft operators who require repeatable environmental precision within a 24" x 48" x 72" enclosed cultivation structure — replacing fragmented, single-component setups that introduce uncontrolled variance across light, airflow, and odor management.
- Outcome: Consistent canopy environment across a 2x4 footprint with automated scheduling, integrated odor control, and UIS-networked device management via the CONTROLLER 69.
- Replaces: Mismatched component assemblies — standalone fans, uncontrolled lighting timers, passive carbon filtration, and manual environmental adjustments that accumulate labor cost and introduce cycle-to-cycle variance.
- Environment: Enclosed 24" x 48" x 72" CLOUDLAB Advance Grow Tent structure; designed for dedicated cultivation spaces in licensed craft operations, private label production, and controlled-environment research applications.

Precision Control in Any Space
The enemy is not a single piece of broken equipment — it is the accumulated friction of systems that were never designed to communicate with each other. An uncontrolled light cycle that drifts by thirty minutes. A passive carbon filter that saturates without warning. An inline fan running at fixed speed regardless of what the canopy actually needs. Each of these failures is invisible in isolation, but together they compound into cycle-to-cycle variance that erodes output quality, inflates labor hours, and makes every harvest a negotiation with conditions you did not set. The operator who cannot see what is happening inside the enclosure cannot correct it — and equipment that fights you is not a tool, it is a liability.
After deployment, the 2x4 enclosure operates as a closed-loop atmospheric system rather than a collection of independent components. The CONTROLLER 69 UIS holds scheduling authority over every connected device — light intensity ramps on a programmed curve, the CLOUDLINE LITE A4 inline fan modulates in response to environmental conditions, and the CLOUDRAY A6 circulation fan maintains canopy-level air movement across the full 2x4 footprint without manual intervention. The operator's role shifts from reactive adjustment to periodic review. Cycle-to-cycle conditions are not approximated — they are repeated.
The mechanism behind that repeatability is architectural. The CONTROLLER 69 operates as a 4-port UIS hub with six programmable modes — OFF, ON, AUTO, TIMER, CYCLE, and SCHEDULE — and an LCD display with menu navigation, giving the operator direct visibility into device state without opening the enclosure. The IONBOARD S24 LED grow light is sized specifically for 2x4 coverage, features an aluminum heatsink for passive thermal management, and supports brightness adjustment from 0–100% in 20% increments via UIS controller compatibility. The CLOUDLINE LITE A4 inline fan uses EC-motor technology with a flange mounting system and adjustable airflow direction, routed through 4" x 8 ft flexible ducting to a 4" Premium Australian Charcoal carbon filter equipped with a reversible flange design, two reusable cloth prefilters, and a hanging strap. The CLOUDLAB Advance Grow Tent structure provides the controlled boundary: reflective interior with multiple vent holes, double-sided entry zippers, an observation window with Velcro closure, pre-installed roof support beams, rope hanger attachment points, and top-mounted cable management openings. Four 5-gallon breathable fabric pots complete the cultivation substrate layer. In practical terms, the AC Infinity Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x4) delivers a fully networked, 6-mode automated atmospheric control ecosystem across a 24" x 48" x 72" enclosure with 4-port UIS device integration and 4" odor-scrubbing infrastructure.
Where This Belongs (and Doesn't)
Electrical infrastructure requirements (dedicated circuit capacity, GFCI protection, ventilation exhaust routing) must be assessed by a licensed electrician prior to deployment. HVAC load calculations for the host space are the responsibility of the facility operator. This system does not include CO2 supplementation, fertigation, or environmental monitoring beyond the CONTROLLER 69 sensor probe (20 ft length).
Optimal Deployment Contexts
- Licensed craft cultivation operations requiring repeatable cycle-to-cycle atmospheric control within a 2x4 footprint
- Private label production environments where canopy uniformity directly impacts product consistency
- Controlled-environment research applications requiring programmable light and airflow scheduling
- Dedicated propagation or finishing chambers within larger multi-tent facilities
- Operators transitioning from manual, single-component setups to integrated UIS-networked automation
Outside Scope
- Facilities requiring coverage beyond a 2x4 canopy footprint from a single tent unit — see AC-PKB33 (3x3) or AC-PKB44 (4x4) configurations
- Applications requiring CO2 enrichment, automated fertigation, or integrated environmental data logging beyond the CONTROLLER 69 sensor probe
- Installations where exhaust ducting cannot be routed to an appropriate discharge point — the 4" x 8 ft ducting run has fixed length constraints
- Environments with ambient temperatures or humidity levels outside the operational range of the included EC-motor components
How It Works
The Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x4) functions as a closed atmospheric ecosystem — every component is selected and sized to operate within the 24" x 48" x 72" CLOUDLAB Advance Grow Tent enclosure as an integrated unit, not as a collection of independently sourced parts. The CLOUDLAB structure establishes the controlled boundary: a reflective interior with multiple vent holes maximizes photon utilization from the IONBOARD S24, while pre-installed roof support beams carry the weight of the light, fan, and filter assembly without requiring external rigging. Top-mounted cable management openings route power and UIS signal cables cleanly, and the double-sided entry zippers with observation window allow canopy inspection without disrupting the sealed environment.
The CONTROLLER 69 UIS Multi-Device Controller is the Cortex of the system. Operating as a 4-port intelligent hub with an LCD display and menu navigation, it executes six programmable modes — OFF, ON, AUTO, TIMER, CYCLE, and SCHEDULE — across all connected devices from a single interface. The sensor probe extends 20 feet, allowing placement at canopy level while the controller remains accessible outside the enclosure. This architecture eliminates the need for separate timers, speed controllers, or manual dimmer adjustments; every device state is defined by the operator's programmed schedule and held there automatically.
The IONBOARD S24 LED grow light is optimized for 2x4 coverage, built on an aluminum heatsink for passive thermal dissipation, and adjustable from 0–100% brightness in 20% increments through the UIS connection. Rope clip hangers are included for mounting within the tent's pre-installed attachment points. The CLOUDLINE LITE A4 inline fan — sized at 4" for this configuration — uses EC-motor technology for efficient, quiet operation with adjustable airflow direction and multiple speed settings, mounted via a flange system to the 4" x 8 ft flexible ducting run. That ducting connects to the 4" Premium Australian Charcoal carbon filter, which features a reversible flange design, two reusable cloth prefilters for extended service life, and a hanging strap for suspension within the tent. The CLOUDRAY A6 circulation fan provides 360° canopy-level air movement across 10 speed levels using a quiet EC-motor, installed via clip-on mounting to the tent's internal frame. Four 5-gallon breathable fabric pots complete the substrate layer, supporting root-zone aeration across the full canopy footprint. In practical terms, the Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x4) delivers a 4-port UIS-networked atmospheric control ecosystem — light, extraction, circulation, and odor scrubbing — within a 24" x 48" x 72" enclosure configured for 4-plant, 5-gallon cultivation.

- Substrate-to-Structure Fit: Four 5-gallon breathable fabric pots are sized and quantified for the 2x4 footprint, providing root-zone aeration without requiring tray liners or additional structural support beyond the tent floor.
Facility Integration Data
The following ROI reference table is provided for operators evaluating multi-unit deployment across licensed facilities; all figures use the MAP price of $679 per unit (SKU AC-PKB24) and are intended as procurement planning references only — actual operational savings will vary based on facility labor rates, utility costs, and cycle frequency.
| Fleet Size | Total Capital Outlay | Total Canopy Footprint | Total Fabric Pot Positions | UIS Controller Ports (Total) | Automated Device Nodes (Est.) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 Units | $6,790 | 80 sq ft (10x 2x4) | 40 positions | 40 ports | 30 nodes (3 UIS devices/unit) |
| 20 Units | $13,580 | 160 sq ft (20x 2x4) | 80 positions | 80 ports | 60 nodes |
| 50 Units | $33,950 | 400 sq ft (50x 2x4) | 200 positions | 200 ports | 150 nodes |
UIS device node count reflects 3 controllable devices per unit (IONBOARD S24, CLOUDLINE LITE A4, CLOUDRAY A6). The CONTROLLER 69 4-port architecture supports one additional device per unit for future expansion. Fleet pricing inquiries: contact Cannafull Spectrum Solutions directly.
Operator Field Note
- Controller Probe Placement: The CONTROLLER 69 sensor probe is 20 feet in length — position the probe tip at mid-canopy height within the tent to ensure the AUTO mode responds to actual plant-zone conditions rather than ambient room temperature at the controller's mounting location.
- Carbon Filter Service Interval: The 4" Premium Australian Charcoal filter includes two reusable cloth prefilters. Inspect and clean prefilters on a regular cycle interval to maintain airflow resistance within the CLOUDLINE LITE A4's operating range; a saturated prefilter will reduce effective CFM before the charcoal bed reaches capacity.
- Ducting Run Geometry: The 4" x 8 ft flexible ducting provides sufficient run length for most standard tent-to-exhaust configurations, but minimize bends and compressions — each 90° bend in flexible ducting introduces measurable static pressure loss that reduces effective fan output.
- UIS Mode Selection for Automated Deployment: For unattended operation, the SCHEDULE mode on the CONTROLLER 69 provides the highest degree of cycle repeatability. TIMER and CYCLE modes are appropriate for simpler on/off sequences; AUTO mode is recommended for the inline fan when temperature-responsive extraction is preferred over fixed scheduling.
- Fabric Pot Positioning: The four 5-gallon fabric pots should be positioned to allow adequate spacing for canopy development within the 24" x 48" floor footprint. Uniform spacing relative to the IONBOARD S24's coverage center improves light distribution consistency across all four positions.
- Observation Window Protocol: The Velcro-closure observation window allows visual canopy inspection without breaking the sealed environment. Use this access point for routine checks during the dark period to avoid light contamination through the main zipper entry.
Operator FAQ
Q: Does the CONTROLLER 69 control all three active devices — the IONBOARD S24, CLOUDLINE LITE A4, and CLOUDRAY A6 — simultaneously from a single interface?
A: Yes. The CONTROLLER 69 is a 4-port UIS Multi-Device Controller with an LCD display and menu navigation. All three UIS-compatible devices included in the AC-PKB24 kit — the IONBOARD S24 grow light, CLOUDLINE LITE A4 inline fan, and CLOUDRAY A6 circulation fan — connect to the controller and are managed through its six programmable modes (OFF, ON, AUTO, TIMER, CYCLE, SCHEDULE). The fourth port remains available for future device expansion within the UIS ecosystem.
Q: What is the brightness adjustment range of the IONBOARD S24 LED grow light, and can it be dimmed through the controller?
A: The IONBOARD S24 supports brightness adjustment from 0–100% in 20% increments. Dimming is executed through the CONTROLLER 69 via the UIS connection — no separate dimmer switch or manual adjustment at the fixture is required. This allows the operator to program light intensity ramp schedules directly from the controller interface.
Q: Is the 4" carbon filter sized correctly for the CLOUDLINE LITE A4 inline fan included in this kit?
A: Yes. The AC-PKB24 kit includes a 4" Premium Australian Charcoal carbon filter matched to the 4" CLOUDLINE LITE A4 inline fan and connected via 4" x 8 ft flexible ducting with 2x clamps. All three components share the same duct diameter — no adapter fittings or diameter transitions are required for standard installation within the 2x4 tent configuration.
Q: How many fabric pots are included, and what is their capacity?
A: The AC-PKB24 kit includes four (4) breathable fabric pots, each with a 5-gallon capacity. These are sized and quantified for the 2x4 footprint. Fabric construction supports root-zone aeration and air pruning, which promotes root density without requiring supplemental aeration infrastructure.
Q: Can the CLOUDRAY A6 circulation fan be mounted inside the tent without additional hardware?
A: Yes. The CLOUDRAY A6 features an easy clip-on installation system designed to attach directly to the internal frame poles of the CLOUDLAB Advance Grow Tent. No additional mounting brackets or hardware are required. The fan provides 360° rotation across 10 speed levels via its quiet EC-motor, and connects to the CONTROLLER 69 through the UIS port for automated speed scheduling.
