Description

The AC Infinity Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x2) is a fully integrated atmospheric control ecosystem engineered for single-plant craft operators who require repeatable environmental precision within a 24" x 24" x 72" enclosed cultivation structure — replacing fragmented, mismatched equipment assemblies with a unified, controller-driven system.

  • Outcome: Automated atmospheric management — temperature, humidity, and VPD — within a sealed, light-controlled enclosure rated for 1-plant (5 gal.) production cycles.
  • Replaces: Disconnected fan, controller, and lighting assemblies that require manual adjustment and introduce environmental variance between cycles.
  • Environment: Dedicated cultivation spaces, licensed micro-production facilities, and controlled-environment rooms requiring precision atmospheric regulation in compact footprints.

Precision Control in Any Space

The enemy is guesswork — and the equipment that enables it. In compact cultivation environments, the failure mode is not dramatic; it is slow and cumulative. A fan running at a fixed speed that cannot respond to a temperature spike at canopy level. A controller that reads ambient air instead of the microclimate where it matters. A lighting fixture hung at the wrong height because there was no structured framework to position it correctly. Each of these gaps compounds across a cycle: VPD drifts outside the target window, transpiration rates shift, and the plant's metabolic output becomes a function of environmental luck rather than operator intent. The silent cost is not a single failed run — it is the inability to replicate a good one.

After deployment, the operational picture changes structurally. The enclosure becomes a defined atmospheric zone — sealed, reflective, and mechanically ventilated — where every environmental variable is addressable through a single control interface. The CONTROLLER 69 reads temperature, humidity, and VPD in real time via a 12-foot corded sensor probe positioned at canopy level, then issues automated commands to the inline fan and any connected devices. Scheduling, threshold triggers, and remote monitoring via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth eliminate the manual adjustment cycles that introduce variance between runs. The operator's role shifts from reactive troubleshooting to proactive parameter setting.

The mechanism behind that outcome is an engineered component stack, not a collection of compatible parts. The tent structure is built on 22 mm steel poles rated to 250 lbs of beam load capacity, with an Oxford outer shell and a Mylar interior lining that maximizes photon recirculation from the IONBOARD LED panel (11.81 x 11.81 in., 0.43 in. board thickness). Atmospheric exchange is handled by the CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan — 4" duct, 165 CFM maximum airflow, 29 dBA operating noise, 324 Pa static pressure, IP-44 rated, dual ball bearing construction rated to 67,000 hours L10 life expectancy, CE and RoHS certified, mountable horizontally or vertically, powered at 100-240V AC at 35W maximum / 18W average draw at 0.55A. Internal air circulation is managed by the CLOUDRAY clip fan — 6.5" impeller, 325 CFM maximum airflow, 31 dBA, 25 Pa static pressure, 90-degree rotation range, dual ball bearing construction rated to 67,000 hours life expectancy, 11W at 0.15A on 100-240V AC. The CONTROLLER 69 manages up to 8 devices natively (32 with splitters), supports 3 sensors (1 built-in onboard temperature and humidity, plus corded probes), displays on a 4.5-inch screen with capacitive touch input, and operates on 100-240V AC at 2W maximum. In practical terms, the Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x2) delivers a fully automated atmospheric control ecosystem within a 24" x 24" x 72" enclosure, with inline ventilation rated to 165 CFM and environmental orchestration across up to 32 connected devices via a single Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled controller.

Where This Belongs (and Doesn't)

Electrical installation, HVAC integration, and structural mounting must comply with applicable local codes and facility requirements. Cannafull Spectrum Solutions does not provide installation services. Consult a licensed electrician or mechanical contractor for circuit load calculations and duct routing in regulated environments.

Deployment Fits

  • Licensed micro-production and craft cultivation facilities requiring a defined, sealed atmospheric zone for single-plant cycles
  • Controlled-environment rooms where a 24" x 24" footprint is allocated to a dedicated production unit
  • Operator stations requiring automated VPD management without dedicated HVAC infrastructure
  • Facilities running sequential single-plant cycles where cycle-to-cycle repeatability is a documented operational requirement
  • Coverage footprint: 24" x 24" (2 sq. ft.) enclosed canopy zone, 1-plant (5 gal.) capacity

Deployment Does Not Fit

  • Multi-plant canopy operations requiring coverage beyond a 24" x 24" footprint — see the 2x4, 3x3, or 4x4 kit configurations
  • Facilities requiring integrated CO2 enrichment, automated fertigation, or multi-zone atmospheric control from a single unit
  • Outdoor or semi-outdoor environments where the IP-44 rating of the inline fan and clip fan is insufficient for the ambient moisture exposure level
  • Operations requiring UL-listed or ETL-listed equipment as a procurement condition — verify certification requirements against available component documentation before ordering

How It Works

The Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x2) operates as a closed-loop atmospheric ecosystem. The structural enclosure — 24" x 24" x 72", Oxford outer shell, Mylar interior — defines the controlled zone. The 22 mm steel pole framework supports up to 250 lbs of beam load across 3 hanging bars, providing fixed mounting positions for the IONBOARD LED panel and the CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan. The 9.84 x 39.37 in. (25.0 x 100.0 cm) viewing window allows canopy inspection without breaking the sealed environment. The 5.90 x 13.77 in. (15.0 x 35.0 cm) side intake hole provides a defined passive or active intake pathway for fresh air exchange.

Atmospheric exchange is driven by the CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan. At 4" duct diameter, it moves up to 165 CFM at a maximum static pressure of 324 Pa, operating at 29 dBA — quiet enough for occupied facility spaces. The fan runs on 100-240V AC, drawing 35W maximum / 18W average at 0.55A, and accepts a US Plug NEMA 1-15 Type-A connector operating at 50/60 Hz. IP-44 ingress protection and dual ball bearing construction rated to 67,000 hours L10 life expectancy mean the unit does not require scheduled replacement within a standard multi-year operational window. CE and RoHS certifications confirm compliance with applicable quality standards. The fan mounts horizontally or vertically, accommodating varied duct routing configurations within the enclosure.

Internal air circulation — critical for uniform canopy-level VPD and boundary layer disruption — is handled by the CLOUDRAY clip fan. Its 6.5" impeller delivers up to 325 CFM at 31 dBA, with a 90-degree rotation range enabling directional coverage across the canopy plane. Static pressure is rated at 25 Pa. Like the inline fan, the CLOUDRAY runs on 100-240V AC (11W, 0.15A) and carries a 67,000-hour life expectancy with dual ball bearing construction.

Orchestration of both fans and up to 6 additional connected devices is handled by the CONTROLLER 69. The controller's onboard sensor reads ambient temperature and humidity; the 144-inch (12-foot) corded probe sensor extends to canopy level for direct microclimate measurement. VPD is calculated in real time from these inputs and displayed on the 4.5-inch capacitive touch screen. Automated scheduling, threshold-based triggers, and remote adjustment via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth eliminate manual intervention as the primary control mechanism. The controller operates on 100-240V AC at 2W maximum, supports up to 3 sensors (1 built-in), and scales to 32 devices with splitter accessories. The IONBOARD LED panel — 11.81 x 11.81 in. (30.0 x 30.0 cm), 0.43 in. board thickness — mounts to the overhead hanging bars and delivers photon output into the Mylar-lined enclosure, with full wattage, spectrum, and PPF specifications available in the IONBOARD product documentation. In practical terms, the Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x2) integrates inline ventilation at 165 CFM, internal circulation at 325 CFM, and automated VPD-responsive control across up to 32 devices within a sealed 24" x 24" x 72" enclosure managed from a single Wi-Fi and Bluetooth-enabled interface.

Consult a licensed electrician for circuit sizing.

Operator Field Notes

  • Sensor Probe Placement: Position the CONTROLLER 69's 144-inch corded probe at canopy level — not at the controller's mounting height — to ensure VPD calculations reflect actual plant-zone conditions rather than ambient room readings. The 12-foot cable length accommodates this in the 72-inch tent without extension.
  • Duct Routing: The CLOUDLINE LITE's 4" duct diameter and IP-44 rating support both horizontal and vertical mounting orientations. Plan duct routing before tent assembly to avoid sharp bends that reduce effective CFM below the 165 CFM rated maximum.
  • Intake Sizing: The side intake hole measures 5.90 x 13.77 in. (15.0 x 35.0 cm). Passive intake at this dimension is adequate for the CLOUDLINE LITE's 165 CFM draw at moderate static pressure; if carbon filtration is added to the exhaust path, verify that intake area is sufficient to prevent negative pressure buildup that could deform the tent walls.
  • Hanging Bar Load Management: The 250 lb beam weight capacity is distributed across 3 hanging bars. Distribute the IONBOARD, CLOUDLINE LITE, and any ancillary equipment across separate bars to avoid concentrating load on a single attachment point.
  • CLOUDRAY Positioning: The 90-degree rotation range on the CLOUDRAY clip fan allows directional adjustment without repositioning the clip mount. Set rotation to oscillate across the canopy plane rather than directing airflow at a fixed point to avoid localized transpiration stress.
  • IONBOARD Specifications: Wattage, spectrum, PPF, LED count, coverage area, and certifications for the IONBOARD are not specified in available source data. Obtain the IONBOARD product datasheet before finalizing circuit load calculations and mounting height for your specific production protocol.

Operator FAQ

Q: What is the maximum beam weight capacity of the tent frame, and how is it distributed?

A: The Advance Grow Tent Kit (2x2) frame is constructed from 22 mm steel poles with a rated beam weight capacity of 250 lbs. This capacity is distributed across 3 hanging bars. To avoid concentrating load on a single attachment point, distribute the IONBOARD LED panel, CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan, and any additional equipment across separate bars.

Q: How many devices can the CONTROLLER 69 manage, and does it require additional hardware to scale?

A: The CONTROLLER 69 natively manages up to 8 devices. With splitter accessories, that capacity expands to 32 devices. The controller supports up to 3 sensors — 1 built-in onboard temperature and humidity sensor plus up to 2 additional corded probes. The included corded sensor probe is 144 inches (12 feet) in length, sufficient to reach canopy level within the 72-inch tent height.

Q: What is the rated life expectancy of the fans included in this kit?

A: Both the CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan and the CLOUDRAY clip fan are rated to 67,000 hours life expectancy via dual ball bearing construction. The CLOUDLINE LITE's rating is specified as an L10 life expectancy figure. At continuous operation, 67,000 hours represents approximately 7.6 years of runtime, eliminating scheduled fan replacement within standard multi-year production cycles.

Q: Is the CLOUDLINE LITE inline fan compatible with carbon filter setups, and what duct size does it require?

A: The CLOUDLINE LITE operates on a 4-inch duct diameter and is rated to 165 CFM maximum airflow at 324 Pa static pressure. It is compatible with 4-inch carbon filter assemblies. When a carbon filter is added to the exhaust path, the effective CFM will decrease as static pressure increases. Verify that the tent's passive intake area — 5.90 x 13.77 in. (15.0 x 35.0 cm) side intake hole — provides sufficient open area to prevent negative pressure deformation of the tent walls under filtered exhaust conditions.

Q: Does the CONTROLLER 69 support remote monitoring and adjustment, and what connectivity does it use?

A: Yes. The CONTROLLER 69 supports both Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity, enabling remote parameter adjustment and environmental monitoring via the AC Infinity app. The controller's 4.5-inch display with capacitive touch input provides local control, while the app interface allows off-site monitoring of temperature, humidity, and VPD readings and remote adjustment of connected device schedules and thresholds.
