Description

The CLOUDLAB 632D is a 2-in-1 dual-chamber controlled-environment enclosure engineered for craft operators who require simultaneous multi-stage atmospheric management within a 36" x 24" x 72" footprint, replacing single-zone tents that force operators to choose between vegetative and seedling environments.

  • Outcome: Simultaneous dual-stage cultivation within a single sealed enclosure — vegetative canopy in the upper chamber, seedling propagation in the lower chamber — without cross-contamination of atmospheric zones.
  • Replaces: Single-chamber tents, improvised partitioned enclosures, and multi-unit setups that consume disproportionate floor space relative to output capacity.
  • Environment: Licensed indoor cultivation facilities, controlled-environment production suites, and compact commercial grow rooms requiring year-round climate stability.

Precision Control in Any Space

The enemy is uncontrolled variance — and in a compact production environment, it compounds silently. A single-zone enclosure forces a binary choice: optimize atmospheric parameters for vegetative development or for propagation, never both simultaneously. The result is staggered production timelines, idle floor space during transition periods, and the chronic inefficiency of running two separate enclosures to accomplish what a single well-engineered system should handle. Equipment that lacks structural rigidity introduces a second failure mode: frame deflection under load shifts duct routing, compromises seal integrity at zipper interfaces, and creates light leak pathways that disrupt photoperiod precision. These are not catastrophic failures — they are slow, invisible losses that accumulate across every cycle.

After deployment, the production footprint changes character entirely. The upper chamber maintains the atmospheric parameters required for active vegetative development while the lower chamber simultaneously runs a dedicated seedling propagation environment — both zones sealed, both independently serviceable, both operating within the same 6-square-foot floor allocation. The integrated controller mounting plate with lightproof cable passthrough eliminates the improvised cord management that creates seal failures in lesser enclosures. Dual side doors provide access to both chambers without disturbing the opposing zone. The structural frame holds position under full equipment load, and the 100% lightproof exterior maintains photoperiod integrity across both chambers without light bleed between zones.

The mechanism behind this performance is material and structural specification executed without compromise. The outer shell is 2000D Oxford canvas with a 500G lightproof layer — the density rating that separates enclosures built for sustained operational load from those built to a price point. The interior diamond-patterned Mylar lining has been lab-tested using an Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer to verify maximum light reflectivity, ensuring that every photon generated inside the enclosure reaches the canopy rather than being absorbed by the wall surface. The 22mm steel pole frame with reinforced corner connectors supports a 300-pound total frame load and a 150-pound beam load, accommodating full-weight lighting, HVAC, and control hardware without structural compromise. Duct port compatibility spans 4", 6", and 8" configurations, and the double cinching port system maintains negative pressure integrity at every penetration point. The observation window measures 14.96" x 11.02" (50.7 x 28.0 cm) and the side intake ports measure 7.87" x 15.74" (20.0 x 40.0 cm), providing inspection access without breaking the sealed environment. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 632D delivers simultaneous dual-zone atmospheric control across a 35.43" x 23.62" x 70.86" enclosure on a 22mm steel frame rated to 300 lbs total capacity.

Where This Belongs (and Doesn't)

Electrical circuit load, HVAC capacity, and structural mounting must be evaluated by a qualified facility engineer prior to deployment. Duct port sizing (4", 6", 8") must be matched to inline fan and carbon filter specifications. This enclosure does not include electrical components; all wiring and circuit connections must comply with applicable local codes and be performed by licensed personnel.

Optimal Deployment Environments

  • Licensed indoor cultivation suites requiring simultaneous multi-stage production
  • Compact commercial grow rooms with constrained floor allocation
  • Controlled-environment facilities running continuous harvest cycles
  • Production operations requiring dedicated seedling propagation alongside active vegetative development
  • Facilities integrating inline fan, carbon filtration, and environmental controller ecosystems

Not Recommended For

  • Outdoor or semi-outdoor installations where UV degradation and moisture intrusion are uncontrolled
  • Applications requiring floor footprints larger than 35.43" x 23.62"
  • Facilities requiring structural overhead suspension from the tent frame exceeding 150 lbs per beam
  • Environments where ambient humidity or temperature cannot be managed to support sealed-enclosure operation

How It Works

The CLOUDLAB 632D's dual-chamber architecture is enabled by a removable interior wall divider and detachable tray system that partitions the 70.86" interior height into two independently functional zones. The upper chamber is configured for plants in active vegetative development; the lower chamber is dedicated to seedling-stage propagation. Because the divider is removable, the operator can reconfigure the enclosure to single-zone operation when production scheduling demands it, without modifying the frame or replacing any structural component. Plant capacity scales from 2 positions in single-zone configuration to 4 positions (2 additional) when the second chamber is active.

Structural integrity is delivered by a 22mm steel tube frame assembled with thick steel connectors — a pole diameter specification that resists lateral deflection under asymmetric equipment loads. The frame component inventory for the 632D includes 4 A Poles, 4 A1 Poles, 4 A2 Poles, 4 B Poles, 4 C Poles, 8 D1 Connectors, 1 E Beam, and 2 F Beams, providing the redundant cross-bracing geometry required to maintain dimensional stability across the full 300-pound frame load rating. Three hanging bars (2 standard plus 1 extra) are included, distributing overhead equipment weight across multiple attachment points rather than concentrating load on a single beam.

The sealing system is built around high-performance SBS zippers with double cinching ports at every duct penetration. The 2000D Oxford outer canvas with 500G lightproof layer eliminates external light intrusion at the material level, while the interior diamond-patterned Mylar lining — validated by Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer testing — maximizes photon retention within the canopy zone. The integrated steel controller mounting plate with lightproof cable passthrough provides a dedicated interface point for environmental controllers, eliminating the ad hoc cord routing that compromises seal integrity in field-modified enclosures. The observation window (14.96" x 11.02" / 50.7 x 28.0 cm) is clear and adjustable, enabling canopy inspection without opening the primary access door. Side intake ports (7.87" x 15.74" / 20.0 x 40.0 cm) and duct openings in 4", 6", and 8" configurations accommodate the full range of inline fan and filtration hardware used in licensed U.S. facilities. Mounting straps measure 6.49" (16.5 cm) in length. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 632D delivers a fully sealed, dual-zone controlled environment within a 90.0 x 60.0 x 180.0 cm structural footprint on a 22mm steel frame with a 300-lb total load rating and 150-lb beam capacity.

System Integration

  • Atmospheric Control: Duct ports in 4", 6", and 8" configurations integrate directly with AC Infinity inline fans, carbon filters, and UIS-compatible environmental controllers for closed-loop atmospheric management.
  • Controller Ecosystem: The integrated steel controller mounting plate with lightproof cable passthrough is designed to accept AC Infinity controller hardware, enabling automated deployment of temperature, humidity, and fan speed scheduling without external mounting solutions.
  • Lighting Integration: Three hanging bars (including 1 extra) support overhead lighting hardware up to the 150-lb beam capacity; the 22mm frame maintains dimensional stability under full lighting and HVAC load.
  • Dual-Zone Scheduling: The removable wall divider enables independent environmental scheduling for the upper vegetative chamber and lower seedling chamber, supporting continuous harvest cycle management within a single enclosure footprint.
  • Filtration Compatibility: Double cinching ports at all duct penetrations maintain negative pressure integrity when paired with carbon filtration systems, supporting odor and particulate management requirements in licensed facilities.

Facility Integration Data

The following fleet deployment model illustrates the floor space allocation and structural load parameters for multi-unit CLOUDLAB 632D installations in licensed production facilities.

Fleet Size Total Floor Footprint (sq ft) Max Active Plant Positions Total Frame Load Capacity (lbs) Dual-Zone Configurations
10 Units ~59 sq ft 40 positions (dual-zone) 3,000 lbs aggregate 10 simultaneous
20 Units ~118 sq ft 80 positions (dual-zone) 6,000 lbs aggregate 20 simultaneous
50 Units ~295 sq ft 200 positions (dual-zone) 15,000 lbs aggregate 50 simultaneous

Floor footprint calculated at 35.43" x 23.62" per unit with no aisle allowance. Actual facility layout must account for access clearance, HVAC routing, and electrical service. Aggregate load figures are theoretical maximums; structural floor capacity must be verified by a licensed engineer prior to multi-unit deployment.

Operator Field Notes

  • Divider Configuration: The removable wall divider and detachable tray must be fully seated and secured before operating both chambers simultaneously; an improperly seated divider will allow atmospheric cross-contamination between the vegetative and seedling zones.
  • Zipper Maintenance: SBS zippers perform at rated specification when kept free of debris and canvas material is not forced through the zipper track; inspect zipper teeth at each access cycle and apply zipper lubricant per manufacturer recommendation to maintain seal integrity over extended operational periods.
  • Beam Load Distribution: The 150-lb beam capacity applies per beam, not per hanging bar; distribute lighting and HVAC hardware across all three hanging bars to avoid concentrating load on a single attachment point.
  • Duct Port Sealing: Double cinching ports must be drawn tight around duct collars after every equipment reconfiguration; loose cinching is the primary source of negative pressure loss and light leak at penetration points.
  • Controller Plate Routing: Route all controller and sensor cables through the integrated lightproof cable passthrough on the steel controller plate — do not route cables under zipper flaps or through improvised wall penetrations, as this compromises the 100% lightproof rating of the outer canvas.
  • Floor Tray Inspection: The reflective waterproof floor tray should be inspected for standing water after each irrigation event; accumulated water in the tray that contacts the canvas base seam can accelerate material degradation over time.

Operator FAQ

Q: Can the CLOUDLAB 632D be operated as a single-zone enclosure, or is the dual-chamber configuration fixed?

A: The dual-chamber configuration is not fixed. The interior wall divider and detachable tray are removable components, allowing the operator to reconfigure the enclosure to full single-zone operation. In single-zone mode, the full 70.86" interior height is available as a unified atmospheric environment. Reconfiguration requires no tools and no structural modification to the frame.

Q: What is the maximum equipment load the CLOUDLAB 632D frame will support?

A: The total frame load capacity is 300 lbs. The beam load capacity — applicable to equipment suspended from the hanging bars — is 150 lbs. These are separate specifications: the 300-lb rating governs the structural integrity of the assembled frame under distributed load, while the 150-lb rating governs the maximum suspended weight from the overhead beam system. Do not exceed either rating. Distribute suspended equipment across all three hanging bars (2 standard plus 1 extra) to avoid point-loading a single beam.

Q: Which duct port sizes are available, and how does the double cinching port system work?

A: The CLOUDLAB 632D includes duct port openings in 4", 6", and 8" configurations, accommodating the full range of inline fan and carbon filter collar sizes used in licensed production environments. The double cinching port system uses two independent drawstring cinch points at each port opening — one to seat the duct collar and one to close the remaining opening around the duct body. Both cinch points must be fully tightened after every equipment connection to maintain negative pressure integrity and prevent light intrusion at the penetration point.

Q: How was the interior Mylar lining's reflectivity verified, and what does that mean for canopy performance?

A: The diamond-patterned Mylar interior lining was lab-tested using an Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer — an instrument-grade measurement system used to quantify reflectance across ultraviolet, visible, and near-infrared wavelengths. The diamond pattern geometry increases the effective reflective surface area compared to flat Mylar, redirecting photons that would otherwise be absorbed by the wall surface back toward the canopy. In a sealed enclosure of this footprint, verified high reflectivity directly reduces the photon output required from the lighting system to achieve target PPFD at canopy level.

Q: Does the integrated controller mounting plate support third-party environmental controllers, or is it specific to AC Infinity hardware?

A: The steel controller mounting plate is designed as part of the AC Infinity UIS (Unified Intelligence System) ecosystem and is optimized for AC Infinity controller hardware. The lightproof cable passthrough is a fixed-geometry penetration point; compatibility with third-party controllers depends on the physical dimensions of the controller unit and cable bundle diameter. Operators integrating non-AC Infinity controllers should verify mounting plate dimensions and passthrough clearance prior to deployment. Cannafull Spectrum Solutions recommends contacting our technical support team for integration guidance before purchase if third-party controller compatibility is a requirement.

Q: What is the observation window specification, and can it be used for sensor probe access?

A: The observation window measures 14.96" x 11.02" (50.7 x 28.0 cm) and is constructed from clear, adjustable material. It is designed for visual canopy inspection without opening the primary access door. The window is not a designated sensor probe access point; sensor cables and probes should be routed through the lightproof cable passthrough on the controller mounting plate to maintain the enclosure's 100% lightproof rating. Using the observation window as a cable penetration point will compromise light seal integrity at that interface.
