Precision Control in Any Space

Every inconsistent run traces back to the same root failure: an enclosure that cannot hold its environment. Light bleeds through seams at the wrong moment and disrupts photoperiod. A single-zone structure forces vegetative and flowering plants into the same atmospheric conditions, compressing your scheduling flexibility and compounding variance across every cycle. The frame flexes under load, the canvas degrades under heat and humidity, and the operator spends more time compensating for equipment failure than executing a cultivation strategy. That is the silent cost of infrastructure that was never designed to hold a controlled environment — not a single variable stays where you set it, and the loss accumulates quietly across every harvest.

After deployment, the operational picture changes structurally. Two independent chambers occupy a single 5x4 footprint, allowing vegetative propagation and flowering to run on separate photoperiod schedules simultaneously — no staggered teardowns, no shared atmospheric compromise. The enclosure holds its internal environment because the structure is built to hold it: light stays contained, humidity gradients stay isolated between zones, and the operator's control inputs actually produce the outcomes they were designed to produce. Scheduling becomes predictable. Output becomes repeatable. The facility runs the crop; the crop does not run the facility.

The mechanism behind that stability is material and structural specification, not marketing language. The canvas is 2000D-rated Mylar — a density classification that resists puncture, retains shape under sustained humidity, and maintains a 100% external lightproof barrier across the full enclosure. The interior surface uses a diamond-patterned reflective design that amplifies photon distribution back toward the canopy rather than absorbing it at the wall. The frame is constructed from 22mm steel tubes and connectors, rated to 300 lbs for suspended equipment across the full frame and 250 lbs on the beam — sufficient to support commercial-grade lighting, fan arrays, and filtration hardware without deflection. Four hanging bars are integrated into the frame architecture. Duct openings are sized at 4", 6", and 8" to accommodate standard inline fan and carbon filter configurations. Side intake holes measure 5.90" x 13.77" (15.0 x 35.0 cm), and mounting straps extend to 5.27" (13.4 cm) for equipment positioning. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 864D delivers a dual-zone lightproof cultivation environment within a 59.05" x 47.24" x 78.74" footprint on a 22mm steel frame rated to 300 lbs of suspended load.

Where This Belongs (and Doesn't)

Electrical circuit load calculations, HVAC sizing, and exhaust ducting configurations must be performed by a licensed contractor or qualified facility engineer prior to installation. Cannafull Spectrum Solutions does not provide electrical or mechanical design services. Verify local building and fire codes before deployment.

Optimal Deployment Environments

  • Dedicated indoor cultivation rooms with controlled ambient temperature and humidity
  • Warehouse bays or converted commercial spaces requiring a self-contained lightproof enclosure
  • Craft production facilities running simultaneous vegetative and flowering cycles on independent photoperiod schedules
  • Operations requiring dual-zone atmospheric isolation within a single 5x4 spatial allocation
  • Facilities integrating inline fans, carbon filtration, and environmental controllers via 4", 6", or 8" duct ports

Not Suited For

  • Outdoor or semi-outdoor installations where UV exposure, precipitation, or wind loading will degrade canvas integrity
  • Facilities requiring more than 5 plants at 5-gallon capacity within a single enclosure footprint
  • Operations that require suspended equipment loads exceeding 300 lbs on the frame or 250 lbs on the beam
  • Environments without stable ambient climate control, where the enclosure alone is expected to compensate for extreme temperature or humidity swings

How It Works

The CLOUDLAB 864D is a dual-chamber enclosed cultivation structure. Its architecture separates a single 59.05" x 47.24" x 78.74" (150 x 120 x 200 cm) interior volume into two independently accessible zones using an internal Mylar divider wall — included in the accessory package — allowing each chamber to operate under a distinct photoperiod, temperature profile, or humidity target without cross-contamination between zones. This is the structural basis for running vegetative and flowering stages concurrently in a single spatial footprint.

The outer shell is Oxford fabric. The interior lining and canvas are 2000D-rated Mylar — a density specification that quantifies the thread count and weave tightness of the base fabric before Mylar lamination. At 2000D, the canvas resists abrasion, puncture, and deformation under the sustained humidity and heat cycling that characterizes active cultivation environments. The 100% external lightproof rating means no photon transmission through seams, zippers, or panel junctions when the enclosure is properly assembled and closed. The interior diamond-patterned reflective surface is not a cosmetic feature — it is a photon management geometry that redirects light from walls and ceiling back toward the canopy plane, improving uniformity of photon distribution without increasing fixture wattage.

The frame is constructed from 22mm steel tubes and connectors. This pole diameter is the structural specification that determines deflection resistance under load. The frame is rated to 300 lbs for full-frame suspended equipment — fans, lights, filtration hardware — and 250 lbs on the beam. Four integrated hanging bars provide fixed attachment points for equipment positioning. Duct openings are available in 4", 6", and 8" diameters to accommodate standard inline fan and carbon filter configurations. Side intake holes measure 5.90" x 13.77" (15.0 x 35.0 cm). Mounting straps extend to 5.27" (13.4 cm). Three spill trays are included for liquid containment. A drying rack is included as a secondary utility component. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 864D delivers a dual-zone, 100% lightproof cultivation enclosure within a 59.05" x 47.24" x 78.74" footprint on a 22mm steel frame with a 300 lb suspended load rating and a full accessory package for immediate operational deployment.

Operator Field Notes

  • Zipper Sealing Protocol: On initial assembly, run all zippers through their full travel path twice before introducing any light source. This seats the zipper teeth against the lightproof gasket and identifies any misalignment before it becomes a light leak during an active photoperiod cycle.
  • Mylar Divider Positioning: The included Mylar wall that creates the dual-chamber configuration must be fully secured at all attachment points before running independent photoperiod schedules. An unsecured divider edge will allow light transmission between chambers and compromise the photoperiod isolation the dual-chamber design is built to deliver.
  • Load Distribution on Hanging Bars: The 250 lb beam capacity applies to the full beam assembly. Distribute equipment weight across all four hanging bars rather than concentrating load on a single bar. Verify that combined fixture, driver, and ratchet hardware weight is calculated before final suspension.
  • Duct Port Selection: Match duct port diameter to your inline fan's collar size before cutting or opening ports. The 4", 6", and 8" options are pre-configured — using an oversized port without a proper reducer collar will introduce light leaks and reduce negative pressure efficiency.
  • Spill Tray Placement: Position all three included spill trays before introducing any irrigation water. Retrofitting tray placement after containers are loaded and watering has begun creates unnecessary handling risk and potential floor contamination.
  • Controller Plate Mounting: Use the included controller adhesive (x6) and screws (x4) for controller plate installation. Do not substitute with third-party adhesives that may degrade under humidity cycling — the included hardware is specified for the canvas material and thermal environment inside the enclosure.

Operator FAQ

Q: What makes the CLOUDLAB 864D a dual-chamber design, and how does the chamber separation work?

A: The dual-chamber configuration is created by the included Mylar wall divider, which partitions the interior of the 59.05" x 47.24" x 78.74" enclosure into two independently accessible zones. Each zone has its own access zipper and can be operated under a separate photoperiod, temperature target, or humidity profile. The divider must be fully secured at all attachment points to maintain atmospheric and light isolation between chambers. This allows vegetative and flowering stages to run concurrently within a single spatial footprint without cross-contamination of environmental variables.

Q: What does the 2000D canvas rating mean in practical terms for an active cultivation environment?

A: The 2000D rating refers to the denier density of the base fabric before Mylar lamination — a higher denier number indicates a tighter, heavier weave that resists abrasion, puncture, and deformation under sustained heat and humidity cycling. In a cultivation environment where the enclosure is exposed to repeated temperature swings, irrigation moisture, and physical contact from equipment installation and plant management, a 2000D canvas maintains structural integrity and lightproof performance over time more reliably than lower-density alternatives. The 100% external lightproof rating is dependent on canvas integrity — the 2000D specification is the material basis for that performance claim.

Q: What is the actual weight capacity of the frame, and how should equipment load be distributed?

A: The CLOUDLAB 864D frame is rated to 300 lbs for full-frame suspended equipment and 250 lbs on the beam. The frame is constructed from 22mm steel tubes and connectors. Four hanging bars are integrated into the frame for equipment attachment. Load should be distributed across all four hanging bars rather than concentrated on a single point. Before suspending any equipment, calculate the combined weight of all fixtures, drivers, fans, filtration hardware, and ratchet assemblies to confirm the total does not exceed the rated capacity. Exceeding rated capacity risks frame deflection and equipment failure.

Q: Which duct port sizes are available, and how do I select the correct one for my ventilation configuration?

A: The CLOUDLAB 864D includes duct openings in 4", 6", and 8" diameters to accommodate standard inline fan and carbon filter collar sizes. Select the port that matches your inline fan's collar diameter. If your fan collar is smaller than the available port, use a properly rated reducer collar to maintain a sealed connection — an unsealed port will introduce light leaks and reduce the negative pressure efficiency of your exhaust system. Side intake holes measure 5.90" x 13.77" (15.0 x 35.0 cm) for passive or active intake configurations.

Q: What accessories are included with the CLOUDLAB 864D, and are any additional components required for operation?

A: The CLOUDLAB 864D ships with the following included items: Spill Trays (x3), Filter Straps (x2), Controller Plate (x1), Controller Adhesive (x6), Controller Screws (x4), Wall Screws (x4), Cable Ties (x4), Mylar Wall (x1), and Drying Rack (x1). Lighting fixtures, inline fans, carbon filters, environmental controllers, growing media, containers, and irrigation hardware are not included and must be sourced separately. The enclosure is a structural platform — all active environmental control equipment is operator-supplied and must be sized and configured for the specific cultivation application.

Q: What is the warranty on the CLOUDLAB 864D, and how do I access manufacturer support?

A: Warranty terms for the CLOUDLAB 864D (SKU: AC-CBD864) were not specified in the manufacturer source data available at time of publication. Cannafull Spectrum Solutions recommends contacting AC Infinity directly or reaching our support team at support@cannafullspec.com to confirm current warranty coverage, claim procedures, and support terms before completing your purchase. The product manual is available as a PDF under Manual Code CL2304X1 and can be requested from our support team or accessed through AC Infinity's documentation resources.
