Description
Description
CLOUDLAB 811 is a 10x10 sealed cultivation enclosure engineered for craft operators who require atmospheric precision, structural load capacity, and full ecosystem integration in a fixed footprint — replacing improvised or under-spec enclosures that cannot maintain stable climate conditions under continuous operational load.
- Outcome: Sealed, stable atmospheric environment across a 100 sq ft canopy footprint with full controller integration and zero light contamination.
- Replaces: Under-built enclosures with inadequate pole ratings, light-leaking zippers, and no provision for controller or HVAC mounting.
- Environment: Indoor fixed-position cultivation rooms, dedicated production suites, and multi-unit craft facilities requiring repeatable environmental control.
FACTORY-AUTHORIZED DEALER — CANNAFULL SPECTRUM SOLUTIONS
Deployed in licensed commercial facilities across the United States.
Quick Spec: 118.11" x 118.11" x 78.74" | 2000D Oxford Outer / Diamond Mylar Inner | 22mm Steel Poles | 250 lb Beam Capacity | SKU: AC-CBA811
Precision Control in Any Space
Every uncontrolled variable inside a cultivation enclosure is a compounding liability. Light leaks during dark cycles disrupt photoperiod integrity and introduce stress responses that degrade output consistency. Undersized or under-rated poles flex under combined equipment loads, creating structural instability that threatens lighting rigs, fans, and carbon filtration systems worth multiples of the enclosure itself. Zippers that fail to seal — or that require constant manual adjustment to maintain closure — become recurring labor costs and environmental breach points. Duct ports without cinching mechanisms allow conditioned air to escape and ambient air to infiltrate, forcing HVAC systems to work against the enclosure rather than with it. These are not edge-case failures. They are the predictable result of deploying enclosures that were not engineered to the load, seal, and integration requirements of a production environment.
After deployment of the CLOUDLAB 811, the operational picture changes materially. The enclosure holds its seal across the full 100 sq ft footprint without manual intervention. Controllers for lighting, ventilation, and humidity mount directly to the integrated steel controller plate, eliminating cable management improvisation and keeping all automation hardware secured and accessible. Duct routing is clean and sealed through double-cinched ports, so conditioned air stays where it belongs. The atmospheric environment inside the tent becomes a managed variable — not a source of variance — and the operator's attention shifts from troubleshooting containment failures to executing the production schedule.
The structural and material specifications of the CLOUDLAB 811 are what make that operational outcome achievable. The outer shell is constructed from 2000D Oxford canvas with a 500G light-proof layer, rated 100% external lightproof to eliminate photoperiod contamination. The interior is lined with reengineered diamond-pattern Mylar, lab-tested using an Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer for maximum light reflectivity — meaning every photon produced by the lighting system is redirected toward the canopy rather than absorbed by the enclosure walls. The steel frame uses 22mm diameter poles rated to carry 250 lbs of suspended equipment at the beam level, with a series-level frame rating of up to 300 lbs, supported by 22 Frame Poles A, 9 Frame Poles B, 9 Frame Poles C, and a full complement of typed connectors. Duct access is provided by 8 four-inch ports, 4 eight-inch ports, and 6 ten-inch ports, with double-cinching on all sides for airtight routing of flexible ducting. High-performance SBS zippers with front flap overlap provide the primary and secondary seal at every access point. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 811 delivers a fully sealed, controller-ready 118.11" x 118.11" x 78.74" cultivation environment with 22mm steel structural members and a 250 lb beam load rating across a 100 sq ft operational footprint.
Where This Belongs (and Doesn't)
The CLOUDLAB 811 is a sealed cultivation enclosure, not a substitute for permanent HVAC infrastructure, electrical panel work, or structural building modifications. All electrical connections to controllers, lighting, and ventilation equipment must be performed in accordance with applicable local codes. Duct connections to external HVAC or inline fan systems should be evaluated by a qualified technician for load and airflow compatibility.
Optimal Deployment Contexts
- Dedicated indoor production suites requiring a sealed 100 sq ft canopy footprint
- Multi-unit craft facilities running parallel environmental programs
- Operations integrating AC Infinity or third-party controller ecosystems
- Facilities requiring up to 25 plants in 5-gallon containers per enclosure
- Environments where photoperiod integrity is non-negotiable
Not Suited For
- Outdoor or semi-outdoor installations where UV degradation and weather exposure are factors
- Applications requiring ceiling heights above 78.74" without supplemental riser infrastructure
- Facilities requiring permanent fixed-wall construction with code-compliant vapor barriers
- Operations requiring suspended equipment loads exceeding the rated beam capacity
How It Works
The CLOUDLAB 811 operates as a closed atmospheric cortex — a structurally rigid, optically sealed enclosure that gives every piece of equipment inside it a stable, controlled operating environment. The outer shell is 2000D Oxford canvas with a 500G light-proof layer, providing 100% external light exclusion. The interior surface is diamond-pattern Mylar, lab-verified via Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometry for maximum reflectivity, ensuring that photon output from lighting fixtures is redirected toward the canopy rather than lost to wall absorption. The combined effect is a closed optical system where light energy is retained and distributed, not dissipated.
The structural frame is assembled from 22mm diameter steel poles — 22 Frame Poles A, 9 Frame Poles B, and 9 Frame Poles C — connected by 8 D1 connectors, 3 D2 connectors, 6 D3 connectors, and 1 D4 connector, with 8 Roof Bars E and 8 Roof Bars F completing the overhead grid. This overhead grid is rated to carry 250 lbs of suspended equipment at the beam level (series-level frame rating: up to 300 lbs), accommodating high-wattage lighting fixtures, inline fans, carbon filters, and ancillary equipment simultaneously. The 16 total hanging bars — 8 standard, 8 extra — provide distributed attachment points across the full overhead plane, preventing load concentration at single nodes.
Atmospheric control integration is handled through a dedicated steel controller mounting plate with a lightproof cable passthrough, designed to accept both AC Infinity and third-party controllers without requiring external cable routing that would compromise the enclosure seal. Duct access is provided by 8 four-inch ports, 4 eight-inch ports, and 6 ten-inch ports, all with double-cinching mechanisms that secure flexible ducting and maintain an airtight seal around the duct perimeter. Rear and side intake holes (5.90" x 13.77" / 15.0 x 35.0 cm each) provide passive intake routing options. The viewing window (13.77" x 39.37" / 35.0 x 100.0 cm) allows interior observation without breaking the environmental seal, operated by SBS zippers with front flap overlap as a secondary light barrier. The reflective waterproof spill tray (1-2 units per configuration) captures water, growing media, and debris at the floor level, preventing contamination of the surrounding facility floor. In practical terms, the CLOUDLAB 811 delivers a fully integrated atmospheric enclosure across 118.11" x 118.11" x 78.74" with 22mm steel structural members, 18 duct ports across three sizes, and a dedicated controller integration plate — all within a 100 sq ft sealed footprint.

Facility Integration Data
The following table models operational footprint and structural load parameters for multi-unit CLOUDLAB 811 deployments, providing facility planners with the data needed to evaluate floor space allocation, overhead load distribution, and duct routing requirements at scale.
| Fleet Size | Total Canopy Footprint (sq ft) | Max Suspended Load Capacity (lbs) | Total Duct Ports Available | Max Plant Sites (5-gal.) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 10 Units | 1,000 sq ft | 2,500 lbs (beam-rated) | 180 ports | 250 sites |
| 20 Units | 2,000 sq ft | 5,000 lbs (beam-rated) | 360 ports | 500 sites |
| 50 Units | 5,000 sq ft | 12,500 lbs (beam-rated) | 900 ports | 1,250 sites |
Fleet calculations based on per-unit specifications: 100 sq ft footprint, 250 lb beam capacity, 18 duct ports, 25 plant sites per enclosure. Beam capacity figures reflect SKU-specific 250 lb rating. Series-level frame rating is up to 300 lbs. Actual facility layout will require aisle clearance, HVAC routing space, and electrical access corridors not reflected in raw footprint totals.
Operator Field Notes
- Zipper Maintenance: SBS zippers perform at rated specification when kept clean and free of growing media debris. Wipe zipper tracks with a dry cloth after each access cycle in high-particulate environments. Front flap overlap provides a secondary seal — engage it consistently to maintain photoperiod integrity.
- Pole Assembly Torque: 22mm steel poles should be seated fully into connectors before applying equipment load. Partial seating under load is the primary cause of frame deflection in field deployments. Verify all connector engagements before hanging equipment.
- Duct Port Cinching: Double-cinch all active duct ports to the ducting perimeter, not just to the port collar. A single-cinch on the collar alone will not maintain an airtight seal under positive or negative pressure differentials generated by inline fans.
- Controller Plate Cable Management: Route all controller cables through the lightproof passthrough before final controller mounting. Retrofitting cable routing after the controller is mounted to the plate requires partial disassembly and adds unnecessary labor time.
- Spill Tray Positioning: Position the spill tray before assembling the frame over it. Attempting to insert the tray after frame assembly in the 10x10 footprint requires partial disassembly of the lower frame tier.
- Mylar Surface Integrity: Avoid contact with sharp tools or abrasive materials on the interior Mylar surface. Surface damage reduces reflectivity in the affected area and cannot be field-repaired to lab-verified specification.
Operator FAQ
Q: What is the actual interior working height of the CLOUDLAB 811, and does it accommodate double-ended or vertical lighting configurations?
A: The CLOUDLAB 811 has a total height of 78.74 inches (200.0 cm). Interior working height will be reduced by the depth of the overhead hanging bar grid and any suspended equipment. For double-ended or vertically oriented fixtures, operators should account for fixture depth, safety clearance to canopy, and the height of the container and growing medium stack when calculating usable vertical space. The 22mm steel overhead grid with 16 hanging bars provides multiple attachment points for adjusting fixture height within the available vertical envelope.
Q: Can the CLOUDLAB 811 controller mounting plate accommodate controllers from brands other than AC Infinity?
A: Yes. The steel controller mounting plate is designed to accommodate both AC Infinity UIS-compatible controllers and third-party controllers. The plate provides a secure mounting surface and the lightproof cable passthrough allows cable routing into the enclosure without creating a light leak, regardless of controller brand. Operators should verify the physical mounting dimensions of their specific controller against the plate dimensions before deployment.
Q: What is the difference between the 250 lb beam capacity and the 300 lb frame rating listed for this tent?
A: The 250 lb figure is the SKU-specific beam weight capacity for the AC-CBA811 — the rated load that the overhead hanging bars and their supporting structure are designed to carry. The 300 lb figure is a series-level frame rating published in the CLOUDLAB series manual, referring to the overall structural frame capacity. For equipment load planning purposes, operators should use the 250 lb beam capacity as the governing specification for suspended equipment (lights, fans, filters). Do not exceed the rated beam capacity regardless of the series-level frame rating.
Q: How many duct ports are available, and what sizes are provided on the CLOUDLAB 811?
A: The CLOUDLAB 811 provides 18 total duct ports: 8 four-inch ports, 4 eight-inch ports, and 6 ten-inch ports. All ports use double-cinching mechanisms to secure flexible ducting and maintain an airtight seal. Additional passive intake is available through the rear intake hole (5.90" x 13.77" / 15.0 x 35.0 cm) and the side intake hole (5.90" x 13.77" / 15.0 x 35.0 cm). This port complement supports simultaneous routing of exhaust fans, intake fans, carbon filters, humidifiers, heaters, and A/C connections without requiring operators to choose between functions.
Q: Is the Mylar interior reflectivity independently verified, or is it a manufacturer claim?
A: AC Infinity states that the reengineered diamond Mylar interior was lab-tested using an Agilent UV-Vis-NIR Spectrophotometer — a calibrated optical measurement instrument used in materials science and photonics applications. This is a manufacturer-specified testing methodology, not a third-party independent certification. The Agilent instrument reference indicates the reflectivity measurement was conducted with a recognized analytical instrument rather than an informal comparison. Operators requiring independent third-party reflectivity certification should contact AC Infinity directly for available test documentation.
Q: What warranty coverage applies to the CLOUDLAB 811 purchased through Cannafull Spectrum Solutions?
