Description

The Alien V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit is a 3-row recirculating deep water culture irrigation system engineered for craft operators who require consistent nutrient delivery and simplified reservoir management across 15 plants — replacing fragmented, single-pot drain-to-waste setups and manually managed top-feed configurations that introduce variance at every cycle.

  • Outcome: Uniform nutrient distribution and maximum oxygen saturation across 15 plants via automated recirculating flow — no air pump required.
  • Replaces: Disconnected drain-to-waste pot arrays, manual top-feed schedules, and undersized reservoir configurations that cannot maintain consistent solution parameters across a full canopy.
  • Environment: Designed for controlled-environment grow rooms and enclosed cultivation spaces where floor footprint discipline and repeatable feed cycles are operational requirements.

Precision Control in Any Space

Every inconsistent result in a recirculating system traces back to the same root failure: equipment that cannot maintain solution uniformity across every pot, every cycle, every day. When reservoir management is manual, dissolved oxygen levels drift between irrigation events. When fittings are undersized or mismatched, flow rates diverge across rows and the plants at the end of the line receive a fundamentally different solution than the plants at the inlet. That variance is silent — it does not announce itself in a single failed crop, it bleeds yield across every run, compounding into a structural gap between what your inputs cost and what your canopy actually produces.

After deployment, the operational picture changes at the system level. All 15 plants draw from a unified 241-gallon / 912.3-liter reservoir maintained by a float valve that handles automatic top-off without operator intervention. Nutrient solution circulates continuously through the recirculating deep water culture architecture, meaning every root zone receives the same dissolved oxygen concentration and the same nutrient profile simultaneously. The header and pump can be positioned outside the grow room entirely, or configured for maximum compactness inside it — the layout adapts to the space rather than forcing the space to accommodate the equipment. An aisle can be created down the center of the three rows, giving operators complete access to every plant without disturbing adjacent canopy.

The mechanism behind that operational stability is a purpose-built component stack. The JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump drives circulation through 5-inch spiral tubing and 5-inch Dual-Flow™ fittings — oversized hydraulic pathways that eliminate the flow restriction that causes nutrient stratification in smaller-diameter systems. Venturi injectors oxygenate the solution in motion, removing the need for a separate air pump and eliminating one more variable from the maintenance schedule. Total-drainage bases allow complete reservoir evacuation for cleaning cycles without disassembly. T304 stainless clamps and push-fit feed connections handle the mechanical interface between components, and integrated filtration protects the pump and fittings from particulate accumulation. Each V-POT holds 15 gallons / 58 liters, and the system accepts either 5-gallon / 20L or 9.5-gallon / 36L pot inserts depending on cultivar and canopy strategy. In practical terms, the V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit delivers recirculating RDWC irrigation to 15 plants across a 3-row footprint with a 241-gallon / 912.3-liter total fluid volume and zero air pump dependency.

Where This Belongs (and Doesn't)

The V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit is a hydraulic irrigation and reservoir management system. Electrical supply, environmental controls, lighting infrastructure, and nutrient dosing automation are operator-supplied and fall outside the scope of this kit. Verify that your facility's water supply, drainage capacity, and floor load rating are compatible with a filled system volume of 241 gallons / 912.3 liters before installation.

Optimal Deployment Environments

  • Enclosed grow rooms with controlled environment infrastructure
  • Sealed cultivation tents where header/pump can be routed externally
  • Facilities operating recirculating RDWC protocols with centralized reservoir management
  • Operations requiring complete plant access via center-aisle configuration
  • Spaces where floor footprint is fixed and layout flexibility is a procurement requirement

Not Recommended For

  • Open-air or outdoor cultivation environments where reservoir temperature cannot be controlled
  • Facilities without adequate drainage infrastructure for total-drainage base evacuation
  • Operations requiring more than 15 plant sites without additional system modules
  • Installations where floor load capacity cannot support 241 gallons / 912.3 liters of fluid plus equipment weight

How It Works

The V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit operates as a recirculating deep water culture system — a closed-loop hydraulic architecture in which nutrient solution is continuously circulated from a central reservoir through all 15 V-POTs and returned, maintaining solution homogeneity across every plant site without relying on timed top-feed events or passive gravity drainage. The JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump is the circulation engine. It drives solution through 5-inch spiral tubing — a hydraulic diameter specification that sustains adequate flow velocity across all three rows without pressure drop-induced stratification. At each V-POT, 5-inch Dual-Flow™ fittings manage both the inlet and return pathways, and Venturi injectors introduce dissolved oxygen into the moving solution stream, eliminating the need for a separate air pump while maintaining oxygen saturation at the root zone.

Each V-POT holds 15 gallons / 58 liters of solution. Across 15 pots in a 3-row configuration, the system maintains a total fluid volume of 241 gallons / 912.3 liters. A float valve manages automatic top-off, compensating for evapotranspiration losses and maintaining reservoir level without manual intervention between scheduled nutrient changes. Total-drainage bases allow complete system evacuation — every pot and the main reservoir can be drained fully for cleaning and solution replacement without disassembly of the plumbing network. T304 stainless clamps secure all tubing connections at the mechanical interface, and push-fit feed connections allow the system to be assembled and reconfigured without specialized tooling. Integrated filtration upstream of the pump protects the JET-STREAM® Vortex™ from particulate accumulation that would otherwise degrade flow rate over time. Inspection covers provide visual access to root zones and solution levels without disturbing the canopy above. In practical terms, the V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit maintains a continuously oxygenated, recirculating nutrient solution across 15 plant sites in a 3-row layout spanning a total fluid capacity of 241 gallons / 912.3 liters, with automated top-off and full-system drainage capability built into the base configuration.

Configuration Decoder

The V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit (SKU BD100-0315) is available in four layout variants. All variants share the same 3-row structure, 241-gallon / 912.3-liter total fluid volume, 15-gallon / 58L V-POT capacity, and complete component set. The only functional difference between variants is the overall system length — select the variant whose footprint matches your available floor space. Width is 65¾ inches across all variants.

Variant Code Length Width Best For
MIH 122" 65¾" Compact rooms where minimizing system length is the primary constraint
MOL 141⅛" 65¾" Standard room layouts with moderate length availability
MOR 139⅝" 65¾" Rooms dimensioned similarly to MOL with minor length variation
MSP 138" 65¾" Spaces requiring the most compact long-dimension footprint among the extended variants

All variants: 3 rows | 15 V-POTs | 241 gal / 912.3L total fluid volume | Pot size options: 5 gal / 20L or 9.5 gal / 36L | Full component set included

Commercial Assurance

  • Factory-Authorized Distribution: The V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit is sold through Cannafull Spectrum Solutions as a factory-authorized dealer. All units are sourced through the manufacturer's authorized supply chain.
  • Component-Grade Hardware: T304 stainless clamps, 5-inch Dual-Flow™ fittings, and JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump are manufacturer-specified components — not field substitutions. The system ships as a complete, matched kit.
  • Warranty: Warranty terms are governed by the manufacturer's current policy. Contact Cannafull Spectrum Solutions at support@cannafullspec.com for warranty documentation prior to purchase.
  • U.S. Operator Support: Stocking, technical support, and customer service are available to licensed operators across the United States through Cannafull Spectrum Solutions.
  • Scalability Path: The V-SYSTEM architecture is modular. Operators expanding canopy capacity can add system modules without replacing existing infrastructure.

System Integration

  • Reservoir Positioning: The header and JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump can be located outside the grow room or tent, keeping the cultivation footprint clear of mechanical equipment and simplifying access for nutrient management and maintenance.
  • Nutrient Dosing Integration: The centralized 241-gallon / 912.3-liter reservoir is the single point of solution management — compatible with inline dosing systems, EC/pH monitoring probes, and automated nutrient controllers that operators supply independently.
  • Drainage Infrastructure: Total-drainage bases require a floor drain or collection system capable of handling full reservoir evacuation. Confirm drainage capacity before installation.
  • Aisle Access: The 3-row layout supports a center-aisle configuration, enabling complete plant access without canopy disruption — a relevant factor for training, inspection, and harvest logistics in space-constrained rooms.
  • Pot Insert Compatibility: The system accepts 5-gallon / 20L or 9.5-gallon / 36L pot inserts. Select insert size based on cultivar root mass requirements and canopy management protocol.

Facility Integration Data

The table below provides a fleet-scale reference for operators evaluating the V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit across multiple rooms or expansion phases — use it to project total plant capacity, combined fluid volume under management, and the number of system units required to fill a given canopy target.

Fleet Units Total Plant Sites Total Fluid Volume (gal) Total Fluid Volume (L) Total Rows
10 units 150 plants 2,410 gal 9,123 L 30 rows
20 units 300 plants 4,820 gal 18,246 L 60 rows
50 units 750 plants 12,050 gal 45,615 L 150 rows

Fleet projections are calculated from per-unit specifications: 15 plants, 241 gal / 912.3L, 3 rows. Drainage infrastructure, nutrient management capacity, and environmental controls must be scaled proportionally.

Operator Field Notes

  • Measure your room before selecting a variant. The four layout variants (MIH at 122", MOL at 141⅛", MOR at 139⅝", MSP at 138") differ only in length. Width is fixed at 65¾" across all variants. Confirm your floor plan accommodates the selected footprint plus aisle clearance before ordering.
  • Float valve maintenance is a scheduled task, not an optional one. The automatic top-off float valve maintains reservoir level between nutrient changes. Inspect and calibrate it on a defined schedule — a drifting float valve will introduce the same solution-level variance the system is designed to eliminate.
  • Integrated filtration requires periodic service. The upstream filter protecting the JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump will accumulate particulate over time. Establish a cleaning interval based on your water source quality and nutrient formulation to prevent flow rate degradation.
  • Total-drainage capability is an operational asset — use it. Full reservoir evacuation between cycles is the most reliable method for preventing pathogen and salt accumulation. The total-drainage bases make this practical; build it into your standard operating procedure.
  • Pot insert selection affects root zone dynamics. The 5-gallon / 20L insert suits shorter production cycles and tighter canopy spacing. The 9.5-gallon / 36L insert provides greater root volume for longer vegetative periods or larger cultivars. Align insert selection with your production schedule before the system ships.
  • Header and pump placement should be decided before installation. Routing the header and pump outside the grow room simplifies maintenance access and reduces heat load inside the cultivation space. Plan the plumbing path before the system is assembled.

Operator FAQ

Q: What is the total fluid volume of the V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit, and why does it matter for nutrient management?

A: The V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit holds 241 gallons / 912.3 liters of nutrient solution across the full system. A larger total fluid volume provides greater buffering capacity — meaning EC, pH, and temperature fluctuations are dampened by the mass of solution in the reservoir rather than swinging rapidly in response to plant uptake or evaporation. This is a structural advantage of RDWC over smaller-volume systems, and it directly reduces the frequency of manual solution adjustments required to maintain target parameters.

Q: Why does the V-SYSTEM not require an air pump?

A: Dissolved oxygen is introduced into the circulating solution by Venturi injectors integrated into the flow path. As solution moves through the Venturi injectors at operating velocity, the pressure differential draws air into the stream and disperses it as fine bubbles — achieving oxygen saturation through hydraulic action rather than a separate aeration device. This eliminates one mechanical system from the maintenance schedule and removes a common failure point in multi-pot RDWC installations.

Q: Which variant should I select for my grow room?

A: All four variants (MIH, MOL, MOR, MSP) are functionally identical — same plant count, same fluid volume, same component set, same width of 65¾ inches. The only difference is overall system length: MIH at 122 inches, MSP at 138 inches, MOR at 139⅝ inches, and MOL at 141⅛ inches. Measure your available floor length, account for header/pump placement and aisle clearance, and select the variant whose length fits within your confirmed floor plan. If you are uncertain, contact Cannafull Spectrum Solutions before ordering.

Q: Can the header and pump be located outside the grow room?

A: Yes. The system is designed so that the header and JET-STREAM® Vortex™ pump can be positioned outside the grow tent or room. This configuration keeps mechanical heat and noise out of the cultivation environment, simplifies access for pump maintenance and nutrient management, and allows the grow space to be used exclusively for canopy. Alternatively, the system can be configured for maximum compactness with all components inside the room. The appropriate configuration depends on your room layout and operational priorities.

Q: What pot insert sizes are compatible with the V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit?

A: The V-SYSTEM 15 Pot Kit is compatible with two pot insert sizes: 5 gallon / 20L and 9.5 gallon / 36L. The 5-gallon insert is suited to shorter production cycles and cultivars with moderate root mass. The 9.5-gallon insert provides additional root volume for longer vegetative periods or larger cultivars. Each V-POT has a total capacity of 15 gallons / 58 liters regardless of insert size. Select the insert size that aligns with your production schedule and cultivar requirements before the system ships — changing insert size after installation may require additional components.

Q: How does total-drainage work, and how often should the system be fully drained?

A: Total-drainage bases allow the entire system — all 15 V-POTs and the main reservoir — to be fully evacuated without disassembling the plumbing network. Drainage is initiated through the base fittings and directed to a floor drain or collection vessel. Drain frequency depends on your nutrient protocol, water quality, and production cycle length. As a baseline, full drainage and system flush at each nutrient change cycle is the most reliable method for preventing salt accumulation and pathogen establishment in the reservoir. Operators running longer cycles between changes should monitor EC drift and root zone condition to determine whether interim partial drains are warranted.
